The LAVOSCH cable reel with integrated wall box makes charging electric vehicles even more convenient.

The compact design makes it easy to mount on the wall or ceiling and ensures that the charging cable is always protected and in the best place. This is because the built-in spring-loaded cable slides easily and safely back into the wall box after each charging process.

LAVOSCH removes the need for tiresome manual winding, and the cable as a dangerous tripping hazard is now a thing of the past. Integrating the charging cable into the wall box keeps it clean and minimises the risk of dirty hands or clothes when charging.

It also minimises the risk of damage to your vehicle from the charging cable.

Have your customers forgotten about the charging cable and are now unable to charge their car? No problem: With LAVOSCH, the cable is immediately ready for use. Just plug in, charge, unplug and drive away. The cable can no longer be forgotten, stolen or accidentally driven over and damaged. Less worries, and an extended cable service life. LAVOSCH is also ideal for static or dynamic load management.

The charging cable is only ever pulled out when required and to the length just needed. The rest remains neatly stored on the cable reel and is protected from contamination and damage. The length of the cable can be adjusted to suit the changing parking situation. There is no more cable tangle, no more tripping hazards. If the charging connection is no longer needed, a short pull on the cable stopper is enough and the charging cable rools up neatly.

The LAVOSCH Basic 350 and LAVOSCH Controlled 350 function as independent charging stations. No additional wallbox is required here. The LAVOSCH Extension series is connected to an existing wallbox.

The standard types have type 2 charging plugs (infrastructure side) and type 2 charging couples (vehicles side) fitted to the cables. On request, cable reels with type 2 charging plugs (infrastructure side) and type 1 charging couplers (vehicle side) are possible.

Most vehicles on the market charge with max. 11kW. Exceptions here are only Porsche, Audi E-Tron and other older models from Smart and Renault. Therefore, it makes no sense fot the mass of vehicles to build the charging infrastructure for more than 11 kW. Furthermore, there is a permit requirement for charging infrastructure above 11 kW. The ADAC recommends only 11 kW charging points for AC charging.

In private / semi-public areas, charging powers of up to 22kW (400V, 32A) are possible. We have LAVOSCH products with up to 11kW and 22kW charging power in our range. The LAVOSCH series with charging electronics is designed for a charging power with 11kW.

With the closed types of the LAVOSCH 350 series, the cable should always be completely unwound during the charging process to avoid excessive heating. With the LAVOSCH 038 series types, the open design allows charging even when the cable is not completely unwound.

A charging station always requires a high-voltage connection, the installation should always be made by an electric specialist. The connection and acceptance test must be made by an electric specialist company.

As with all line extensions, there is indeed a minimal power loss due to resistance. This is very low so that it is negligible.

In principle yes, but the maximum cable length is limited to 10m. According to the IEC 61851 standard, signal transmission is impaired and interference-free communication between the wallbox and the electric vehicle can only be guaranteed up tp a maximum cable length of 10m.

In principle, the charging time is not limited by LAVOSCH. Several charging processes in succession are possible. If the temperature rises too high, the built-in thermal switch switches off the charging process and prevents overheating.

We guarantee our products for two years when sold to private individuals and one year in the commercial sector.

The LAVOSCH Extension 350 has IP42 protection and can be mounted under a protected canopy. The LAVOSCH Basic 350, LAVOSCH Controlled 350 and LAVOSCH Extension 038 have IP44 protection and are approved for outdoor and outdoor installation.

A distinction is made between static and dynamic load management.
Energy suppliers often require static load management to ensure grid stability. Here, connected charging points are intelligently regulated in their charging power, so that the sum of the connected charging points does not exceed the available maximum current. In this way, the existing infrastructure can be maintained.

Dynamic load management is used if the house connection is not able to permanently supply provide the additional energy for e-mobility. Temporary phases with low to medium utilization of the house connection are used. The differences to the maximum usable power are made available to the individual charging points. In this way, the house connection is fully utilized – but not overloaded.
